Gurbani 4
Kāhe re man cẖiṯvahi uḏam jā āhar har jī▫o pari▫ā.
Why, O mind, do you plot and plan, when He provides for you?
the words burn into my weary eyes
then tossing upon the stormy
waves of anxiety ridden dreams
dashing against stone wrecked desires
drowning in the blackness of despair
now entangled, now free
they soar into the calm, blue skies
and clothe me in peace
